Isle of Wight Farm and Country Holidays was set up about 20 years ago by a group of high quality Isle of Wight bed and breakfast and self catering accommodation providers who wanted to market their accommodation to people looking for somewhere really special to stay in the heart of the countryside.

Parts of the Island can be quite busy in the summer but if you know where to go, it doesn't take long to find yourself in the rolling downs and woodlands of quiet and peaceful rural England. It is in this rural Isle of Wight that all our properties are to be found. And as nowhere is very far away, if you want to visit the beach or enjoy one of the Island's many attractions, it will only ever be a short drive away.

Isle of Wight bed and breakfast... ..in country houses Many houses in the group are of historic and architectural interest. The Island has a very high number of manor houses and we are pleased to include several as members. Beautiful gardens are often a feature of manor houses, many are surrounded by parkland, some have walled gardens that have developed from Victorian (or earlier) kitchen gardens. Manor houses have another advantage - they are always in beautiful settings - the families who built them were in a position to choose the best sites!

Isle of Wight bed and breakfast... ..on working farms Staying on a working farm is always interesting and you you can be sure you willl be right in the heart of the country. Within the Group, there are members who have dairy farms, some run mixed farms, while others concentrate on rare and endangered breeds.
