The other facility that we are in a good position to offer is stabling for horses and ponies. We also sell hay and bedding should anyone require it. We have three outdoor sand paddocks for general use, as well as an indoor arena, which is available for hire. The Isle of Wight has some wonderful beaches, Ryde would be the closest just five minutes away. You can travel to most places on the Island in about half an hour or less, so there are an endless amount of beaches you could visit. There are several good pubs and restaurants within a mile or two. We are also close to Havenstreet where you can find the Steam Railway. There is a good local taxi service.

Pencombe House is a modern farmhouse situated in the midst of horse paddocks; it is also right by Brickfields Riding School. The house has been built in recent years and is very spacious and comfortable.
All of the rooms are en-suite, have colour televisions and tea and coffee making facilities. Two of the rooms are suitable for families having a double and a single bed in each; one of these rooms can have a put up bed in as well.
Breakfast is served in the dining room with horses looking in on you from the field outside the window. Breakfast can be a full-blown English with all the trimmings, plain and simple, or anything in between; we do try our best to please all of our guests. 
There is a large drive in front of the house, so there is ample parking right outside the front door. We also have plenty of storage spaces for any keen cyclists to store bikes. The Island is a lovely place for cycling, there are some very good cycle tracks all over the countryside.
