Nodewell is a traditional farmhouse located on the edge of National Trust Downland, close to local beaches and an ideal area for walkers. The beach and shops are just 5 minutes away by car.

The property has been renovated and is equipped with all modern conveniences. The ground floor consists of lounge with colour TV and video, fully equipped modern kitchen with washine machine, tumble drier, fridge, freezer, electric cooker, microwave and combined dining area, bathroom with shower and one single bedroom. The first floor consists of one double and one twin bedded room. There is also a payphone and a radio.

The property is heated by storage heaters. Electricity for heating, lighting, cooking and hot water is supplied by £1 coin meter. There is also an enclosed garden and BBQ area.

Totland Bay has a quiet beach which has sand at one end and shingle at the other. There is also a pleasant cliff top 'Turf Walk' with seating. Bowls, riding, surfing, swimming pool an an 18 hole golf course are all available locally. Also nearby are Freshwater Bay, Alum Bay and Colwell Bay. Yarmouth Yachting Harbour is only 3 miles from Highdown. The local pub, the Highdown Inn is situated at the end of the lane, just a few yards away.

TARIFF 2004 from £240 - £500 per week depending on season
