Our Inspector …
In January 2006 Quality in Tourism carried out its Quality Assessment Report on Dairy Barn and has renewed its 5* rating.
Of the 35 main criteria assessed, Dairy Barn achieved 22 “excellent” and 13 “very good”.
The Inspector commented:
“An extremely well presented farm property conversion ideally suited to the target market. Interior and exterior decoration is very well maintained and the property is extremely well fitted and furnished. All bedrooms are of a very good size and are all en-suite. Very good use has been made of original features and beams. Ample space for the number of occupants and guests is provided and personal touches abound. A wood burning stove is a focal point of the living area and original stone flooring is enhanced with carpets and rugs. The kitchen is very well fitted and will suit both the serious cook and those that mainly eat out.”
